Sarah ran across the Mystery Castle while doing a bit of research on places to visit when she came out here. I have to be honest, I did not want to go here. I heard that the Mystery Castle was made out of trash and I couldn't understand why Sarah would want to take a tour. I figured I would only be losing $5.00 if I hated the place. After we met our tour guide and went in the first room I apologized to Sarah for being so close minded. I actually really enjoyed the tour.
This is what you see as you walk up.
This is the view of downtown Phoenix

Inside the house there is a room that they call the Chapel. Years ago people would get married in this room and the brides would leave a shoe. The story is that if they left a shoe behind then their husband would stay faithful. As you can see, some brides left two shoes : )
This is the what you see before you enter the chapel.
This is the original oven
This is the kitchen they use to this day
Sarah is ordering her drink from the wishing well. Hopefully the dumb waiter will get her order right this time.

Here is a quote from the spare bedroom
Jenna and I
This was actually a very interesting place to visit and it was a learning experience. I don't want to give anything away but if you have and hour to spare and $5.00 I suggest you go and take a look.

Hmm sounds interesting... my Dad and I are always looking for interesting places to visit. Where is this place at?
Michelle- you take Baseline Rd
turn Right on 7th street and turn Left on Mineral road. They are close Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday I believe.
Never heard of this place, but I'd love to see this.
